RockyMtnHomeSolutions (RMHS) is a family-owned, woman-run business based in Colorado.  We started RMHS because we want to help other families and households solve practical problems in their home...

The products in our eBay Store are selected because we can personally recommend them to you, having tested them in our own "home laboratory" (or "in the field," for outdoors item)!!!  If we list it on our eBay Store for sale, we've used that very product or something very similar. 

There are lots of products that could help make your life simpler or better...but do they really work?  Which of many similar products is really the best for you?  What are the real benefits?  Are they worth the cost?  Our approach is to only recommend and sell products which we have tried for ourselves, seen ourselves, or are very similar to ones we have tried ourselves. 

• So, if we recommend food storage shelves...yes, we own that very model, or a close relative. 
• For many products (especially electronics), we may not be able to speak to a particular model (since they change so fast, or because we bought and used last year's model), but we can tell you whether and how a particular type of product (e.g., a portable DVD player) was useful to us in our home and travels, and probably would be to you, as well.
• If we are selling a personal item, either our own or on consignment, we have seen it personally and will describe it for you accurately.

Bottom line:  our recommendations and products for sale very much reflect our personal credibility and subjective opinions...but we'll try to be honest and forthright in everything we say and do.
