Hello my friends, I want to welcome you to my eBay life. I am a 62 year old grandmother and proud of it. I have some gray hair here and there. I have worked hard to get these gray hairs over a lot of years and am proud to say (not blowing my own horn) that I deserve every single one of them.

I live in Mobile, Alabama. after being run off from Biloxi, Mississippi by hurricane Katrina. She took everything I had including my father. But he's a hero now for saving 8 peoples lives. He's the only one who didn't make it out. I am very proud of him and hope he know it.

I am married and had 4 children. I recently lost my oldest daughter and there is still a hole in my heart from that. I don't think a parent should have to bury one of their children.

Now there is only my husband and I living at home. It makes for a very quiet house. However, we do have our animals to keep us busy and entertained. Our most precious little dog is a two legged Chihuahua named Shinia Twain McCarroll. She was born without her two front legs and has no idea she is missing anything. Now we live for our dogs and cats. Hopefully next year we will have a home in the country so we can have a larger variety of animals.

We stay busy with our eBay store (The Jeans Scene). We sell clothing and a little of other stuff here and there, but our heart is in selling down bedding. Unfortunately, there isn't much call for down in the summer months so we have to find other items to sell to get us through. So during the summer months we are finding fantastic deals on down bedding that other people have on their winter clearance sales. That's how we manage to keep our prices so low.
