How My Story Began:

I started selling in February of 2004.  I always loved to shop (what women doesn't) and I always received compliments on my appearance.  I'm fortunate that I live in area where I have access to unlimited designer stores.  So, I figured I share my deals with the rest of the world. I started to sell a couple of items in the beginning of 2004, but really picked up my selling in 2005.  Unfortunately, my mother passed away from Leukemia in 2005.  Selling on Ebay kept my distracted and busy.  Years later, I am still here sharing my bargains of designer finds with the rest of the world.

What I Sell

All my items are purchased directly from the manufacturer or the designer store.  I am always looking for new suppliers and new things to sell. I ONLY sell authentic items!  Many of our items come with gift receipts.

Occasionally I will sell used items, but all items are authentic!  

When You Make A Purchase From Us

All items are mailed within 2 - 3 days of payment.  If you need an item mailed ASAP, please let me know.  Tracking numbers are supplied for all items, except for First Class International Shipping.  

Shipping Time

I ship Monday thru Saturday.  If you have chosen Parcel Post it can take up to 14 days for your package to arrive.  Priority Mail typically arrives within 3 business days.   

Please note that as a buyer it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct and confirmed shipping address.  If you have moved we recommend updating your Paypal account promptly, removing any out of date addresses. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase follow these steps in order to qualify for a refund. - Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your item. - All returns must be authorized and pre-approved - Items must be sent back within five days of receiving it. - The item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent to you in order to get a refund. If the items are damaged or used, the items will be retuned to buyer. - There will be a restocking fee of 10% and the buyer will be responsible for all postage costs - If payment was made through PayPal, I will refund your account

Feedback/ Powerseller Status

I have been a powerseller my many years.  Unfortunately, EBay has implemented a new TOP SELLER RATED system that does not recognize some of the small business best sellers. 

Let me explain how it works, if you have less then 400 feedbacks (not sales, feedbacks), your account is reviewed annually.  If you receive more than 2 low DSR marks in a 12 month span, you don to qualify to be a Top Rated Seller. 

As you can see from my feedback, I have an outstanding history of providing good, honest customer service.  I did not qualify for Top Rated Seller due to the following:

3 Low rated DSR on shipping time which occurred over 11 to 8 months ago.  Although I do my best to satisfy my costumers, there are some circumstances that are behind my control.  In the Winter months, shipping time can take longer to due bad weather.
