RohbockRAS, located in Colorado City, AZ, specializes in technology, and consumer related used inventory.  We also occasionally have new product offerings.  All at highly discounted prices.  We do our best to make sure you receive your item in good condition.  It doesn't matter if you win it for $.99 or $3000 we take care of our customers. 

 How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on eBay click on the "Buy It Now" button.  We do our best to combine orders if you desire to purchase more than one item.

 What is your Shipping Policy?

We ship using FedEX Ground or USPS (for items under 2 pounds, or when specifically requested).  If the item is small enough that we can consider shipping internationally we will consider your bid, ask us first.  International shipments, excluding Canada, will be postal.  International purchasers have their own freight forwarding service located in the US where we can send their purchased items who want to bid on larger items are more than welcome to bid; ask first.

 What is your Return Policy?

• Customer must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and notify RohbockRAS within 48 hours if damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction.
• Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and will not be borne by RohbockRAS.
• All replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued.
• Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
• Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
• Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping, damaged item(s) will be returned to customer
• Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the return and the warranty.  RohbockRAS will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any item it sells
