Payment:
I accept PayPal, credit
card payments through PayPal, bank
transfer,
Western Union, Money Order or personal checks from US customers. You'll
receive payment address and PayPal payment URL link when you win the
auction. All California residents have to add 8.25% tax. Please don't send cash by
mail.
All
Items have to be paid within 2 weeks of auction end or will be relisted back on
EBay.
International
bidders who have less then 95% positive feedback please pay with PayPal
direct deposit only. I will not accept credit card payments from
International buyers

US customers
will get free
ground shipping by winning 3
or more items. This promotion is for
US customers only. Please email me

and bid accordingly. Your cost is the
total of winning bid and Shipping and Handling. No negotiation AFTER the close of the
auction please. Please calculate shipping and handling before
auction end.
International buyers can get FREE surface

Insurance: Most
of the time, I ship the same business day, or next day, after I receive payment via Priority
Mail and UPS Ground. Handling charges are included in shipping and
handling total. The post office claims it delivers via Priority Mail in
about 3-4 days within the 48 states. But sometimes it takes up to 6
days or longer. Heavier items will be shipped by UPS
Ground. You will receive tracking information from UPS directly if you
have a valid email address. You're paying for shipping and handling, not
just the freight charge alone. Insurance is optional for items below 200$.
Shipping insurance is required on all items above 200$ value. UPS items are
insured automatically up to 100$. If you want to insure more then 100$
that will cost you extra. Signature confirmation is required on all
items above 200$ if buyer provides address that has not been confirmed
with PayPal.
It's buyer’s responsibility to pay for package insurance. Seller nor package carrier
will not be held liable for damaged, lost or stolen items.
I package items well, so they will not get damaged during shipping.
Please No P.O. Box addresses if
shipped via UPS. Priority Mail is mailed with Delivery Confirmation (most
of the time), and Signature confirmation if buyers address is not Paypal
verified. Signature confirmation is required on most items sold above
500$. USPS insurance is optional. And, Yes you can pick up
locally for free.

Communication:
You'll receive payment invoice
from me when the auction ends. I respond to feedback left by buyers.
Sometimes it may take up to 2-3 days before I get to your feedback, since
I ma very busy with my store. I am a big believer in communication. If
you want you can e-mail me with any kind of questions, advises or requests
use EBay ask seller questions button. Or e-mail me at rokaskundrotas@yahoo.com.
Special
Instruction to Seller:
If you have special
instruction to me, like requesting expedited shipment, special carrier, or
a different ship-to address other than that on your PayPal or EBay
account, please DO NOT send the instruction in the Check-out, or PayPal
remark. Send me a separate email referencing the auction, with item number
clearly visible. Include any information that might be relative to the
item you are asking about. Leave your phone number and e-mail address in
case I have to contact you directly.

Damaged Merchandise and Returns:
In case you want to return merchandise (for reasons other then damaged
while in transportation, see above for insurance policy), please
contact me first via ask seller option. If I am not available ship
item in original box and write EBay item number clearly visible on the
box. Since I sell used photo equipment I can't guarantee that
it will work like new. I accept returns if item was sold not as
described or sold defective only. I accept returns within 30 days of
receiving the item provided they are returned in a condition as shipped.
Some items come with 90 day money back guarantee.
No returns after 30 days (or 90 days if applicable) unless otherwise stated. I
give full refund minus shipping and handling (custom fees if
applicable). I will cover shipping expenses only if item has been sold
defective or damaged. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including
returns unless otherwise stated. All merchandise has to be retuned
with original packaging, paperwork, etc. Make sure to included
RMA or EBay item number clearly visible on the box, so I can process refund
as soon as package arrives.
