policies and info about our business:
Payment
may be made by Check or Money Order (US Postal Money Orders are preferred), or
through PayPal. Money Order and
PayPal payments will ship within 2 business days; check payment may delay
shipment up to 7 business days until it clears our bank.
This will depend on your feedback, the amount of the check, or if we’ve done
business in the past. As of October 20, 2008, eBay only allows us to
offer PayPal for payment – but if you’d like to pay by check or money order,
just let us know... it's allowed and welcomed here, but has to be at the buyer's
request per eBay's rules.

If your total purchase is $450 or greater and you make payment by
check or money order, or PAYPAL ECHECK, we’ll ship your coin(s) FREE with
insurance!

our packages are mailed with Delivery Confirmation so we know you received it.
All packages are also insured - under $50 is insured privately through our
business insurance, and higher amounts through the U.S.
Postal insurance.
It’s important to us that they arrive quickly and safely, and we take
steps to make sure they do. We use USPS "Express" or
“Registered Mail” (your choice) with purchases over $1,000. Other packages
are sent by 1st Class Mail unless specified otherwise. If you'd prefer an
upgrade, just let us know. Please write with any questions
and we’ll do our best to help. Our shipping charges are calculated, when we list the auction, for what the coin is worth and expected to sell for. Each $100 over $500 is another $1 to cover insurance. We also add in the cost of our packaging and all materials used to keep your coins safe. Sometimes the cost looks high, but that's the price of doing business with the USPS and ebay/PayPal. That's also the reason we offer free shipping on orders over $450 if PayPal is NOT used - their fees are high and if we can avoid them, we both save money. eChecks, USPS Money Orders, and Personal or Bank Checks are WELCOME and encouraged.
We’re
always willing to combine purchases for lower shipping costs to you.
If you’re bidding on more than one item ending within a few days of each
other, just let us know, and do not pay until we send an invoice for the
multiple purchases. Multiple payments through PayPal just cost us more in
fees and don't adjust your cost... just remind us of your multiple purchases
first!
Conditions
for Returns: If you are not
pleased with your item, please contact us. Return of the
coin in its undamaged slab may be made within 7 days for a refund of your
purchase price. Sorry, no refunds of any shipping costs
can be made. The return will be at your own risk, so
please package and insure the coin properly. Refunds will
be made within 3 days of its receipt by us by the method payment was made to us
(usually sooner but sometimes we're away at shows). Ship

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS, please note:
We’re
frequently asked if we’ll mail to other countries.
The answer is usually yes, but YOU MUST ASK FIRST. We
cannot offer insurance so it's riskier, and the prices WILL be higher than
what's posted since we figure shipping to the USA only. Items over $300
will be sent by Global Priority Mail.

charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges
are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your
country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be
prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally
collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the
item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges

values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government
regulations prohibit such behavior.

APO and FPO
addresses are always welcomed and shipping will cost the same as stated in the auction. There is NO extra
charge for Hawaii or Alaska OR any US territory (American Samoa, Guam, Marianas
Island, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands). All U. S. Postal Zip Codes are treated
the same.
RISK:
We want you to know that the purchase of coins is highly speculative and
involves substantial risk. As in other markets, coin
prices can be extremely volatile and will rise and fall depending upon market
conditions. Therefore, before purchasing coins, you
should first have adequate cash reserves and other assets to absorb a
potentially significant loss. Your knowledge of the rare
coin market is no guarantee for financial success, but the numismatic pleasure
reward over the years will be well worth your endeavors.
FEEDBACKS:
We try to post feedbacks at least twice a month which helps us to
analyze the auctions. Sometimes with running a store and
doing coin shows almost every weekend, it takes awhile to catch up on the backlog of
auctions, but we appreciate your patience and understanding. We leave feedbacks for our buyers AFTER feedback has been left for us so we know you are happy with your purchase, then consider the transaction closed.
