We do include Our free Self Insurance in USA. Large boxes may ship UPS Ground to Street address. When we find Commercial Postage is lower cost to us, we substitute Priority upgrade for Parcel Post Slower Service! We Never ever charge for packing or "handling"!

We accept return of same item we sent packed safely in original packing materials by tracked, Confirmed Delivery or Insured shipping method received here within seven days of your item's delivery for any reason. Upon receipt of same item we will immediately refund purchase price to honor Buyer satisfaction as described guarantee. If the item does not match your bedspread, drapes or wallpaper, we are not able to refund shipping costs, as they are prepaid services, already performed and not merchandise.In the event of misunderstanding or human error on our part, we will handle on a case by case basis, treating our buyers as we would like to be treated, certainly refund all costs, making sure that our buyers are pleased and glad to have purchased here!
