Shipping Options:
Most orders will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. On average it will take 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. All orders above $100 will have to be signed for. The shipping time frame is not gauranteed and can take longer.
US order will have the option of upgrading to USPS Express Mail. This is a gauranteed time frame of 1-2 business days once we ship it. These orders will have to be signed for and will include $100 worth of Insurance.
All International orders will be shipped out USPS Global Priority Mail. On average it will take 6-10 business days to arrive once we ship it out. This time frame is an average and not a gauranteed time frame. It can take longer due to customs. Most international orders will be charged duties by their country. This is a tax that your country charges. We will not ship your item as a gift so you don't have to pay taxes on it.

** Item conditions: All original exchange items must be in brand new, unused condition. The original exchange item must not be missing any components or accessories. The original exchange item must be in brand new condition just as it was shipped to you. We do not rent for free. We understand that you must try-on an item to determine if an item fits however it is your responsibility to repackage the exchange item neatly and in the same manner in which the item left our shipping facilities. Any item that we determine to have been worn, used or altered will be denied an exchange. Foreign odors, marks, and objects include cigarette smoke, perfume, body odor, make-up, deodorant marks, stains, dirt pet hair or any other foreign smell, mark or object.
We will not issue a call tag to ship a costume back to us for an exchange.
