You can say the idea of Royal Sage Home existed with us for many years as our mission. In our quest to showcase our home to our friends and neighbors, we always had an eye out for the unique and unusual yet tasteful decor for our home. Like all, we strive to stay ahead of the trends or in our case be the trend-setters. And thus, Royal Sage Home became our reality.
Our mission clearly stated, is: To provide our customers with unique and unusual holiday & home decor that is tasteful and ahead of the trend. Our range of products focuses on our two favorite holidays: Christmas and Halloween. But we also provide year round items for every corner of your home, both inside or out.
As we take our dream into reality, we want to provide you with decor that quickly puts your home in the spotlight by providing items such as pre-arranged Christmas Trees, quick table center pieces and similar arrangements.

Shipping and Handling
We offer 2 different methods All items are weight based shipping, We will upgrade you to the best shipping method when possible.
USPS / Post Office
Priority: can take 2 to 4 days to arrive. (Holiday can take an additional 2 days)
Parcel: 2 till 9 days to arrive. ( Holiday time can take twice as long 2 to 3 weeks) Last day for Parcel is dec 3. To hopefully arrive before x-mas.
UPS: Ground 2 till 4 days (UPS does not give estimates for Holiday time. Their ground can take up to 4 weeks.)
Insurance: When you check out, you can select to insure the items you just bought. If your items arrive broken and you have insurance, we will file a claim for you with the shipper you chose. No claims or refunds will be processed when no insurance was purchased. We recommend insurance on fragile items such as glass.
Excess Shipping: We will refund any overpayment of shipping in excess of $3.00. If we can save on shipping costs, you will see the refund on your credit card. For example: if you paid $20 for shipping and we were able to ship at $10, we will issue a $10 refund.
Return policy:
We are proud of our products here at Royal Sage Home and want you to be proud to have them in your home. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it unused and in its original packaging within 7 Days, for a full refund ( LESS SHIPPING CHARGES). Please email to let us know that you are returning your items to: Rich@royalsagehome.com . Once we receive your items, undamaged we will issue your refund ( LESS SHIPPING CHARGES). (If it is glass or fragile make sure it's insured, if it comes broken or used you will not get a refund. If broken you will have to file a claim with the usps on the item)
PAYMENT: Is due right away. If we need to send you a invoice Payment Is due within 4 days... Day 5 a claim is filed for non payment. |
