A few of things I want my customers to know... I am in this for the long haul! I want my customers to be happy and satisfied, and I really want them to become repeat customers! In order for this to happen: A) I pride myself on my customer satisfaction! If you have ANY problems at all please contact me. We can exchange your item, send your money back, or simply send you a new one...(yes I have had to do that a few times over the years!) B) SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Unlike some ebay sellers, I don't try to make my profit off of my shipping and "handling" charges... On the other hand I dislike losing money on shipping as well, So I do add "a little" on some items to cover the cost of buying mew bubble wrap,peanuts, tape, labels, ink, etc, etc..I do try to be fair, and not over charge. As a matter of fact I send LOTS of refunds for over payment on postage - WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS EVEN ASKING. ALSO: More than 99% of orders ship within 24 hours of payment clearing. Pay for it today, I'll get it sent today or tomorrow. I pack 7 days a week and ship every day that the postal service runs, including Saturday. CONTACTING ME: Running a household with two elementary children takes a lot of time! I do not sit at the computer 24 hours a day! I do work from home, but I also have school functions, some charity work, and errands (School activities, grocery shopping, picking up supplies, etc) I am on line several hours a day, but the time of day varies with the emergencies that come up that day!
