Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about RPM Power Equipment, Inc. I hope you find our information informative and helpful.
We are a family owned power equipment store located in Prospect, Connecticut. My husband's father envisioned this store, in the exact location of where it is today, back in the early 1980's. He designed our store logo and name and started to take the steps of opening a store. Unfortunately he only got as far as having the property zoning changed and packed up and moved to sunny Florida.
In May, 1995, just three days before our wedding day, we were approved by the Town of Prospect to open our store. A little over a year later, on June 1, 2006 after many prayers, struggles and obstacles, we opened our doors and by God's grace we are still here today.
Our goal is to treat others the way we want to be treated. To provide quality service at an affordable price. If I'm sending out parts via the mail I try to get them out the very next day so my customers are not left waiting for their items. We offer a full line of parts and equipment at our store. We'll even look up parts for you.
So, before you make your next purchase, why not stop by RPM Power Equipment. We're sure you'll find great service, products and parts to meet all of your power equipment needs.
We look forward to seeing you!

In 1992, Robert met his wife, Alaine, and discussed his plans and desires to open the store that his father had always dreamed of. Therefore we set into motion the necessary steps to get started. After many site plans and board meetings, in 1995, five days before Robert and Alaine were to be wed, the Town of Prospect granted them permission to open a power equipment store, RPM Power Equipment, Inc. Thus the construction began and by God's grace the business was built and the doors were opened on June 1, 1996.
Since opening our doors on June 1, 1996 the Lord has blessed us beyond what we ever dreamed. Robert and Alaine work side by side at the store and occassionly you with get a glimpse of their daughter, Ashley. The store has since been remodeled and the Lord continues to bless.
