Royal Palm Pet Supply is the online branch of our veterinary retail division. We have been in business since 1987 and decided to expand our market to include internet sales in 2005. Since then, we have sold thousands of items to satisfied customers across the globe.
We carry professional grade pet products at near wholesale prices, including brand names such as Malaseb, Frontline, Cosequin, GlycoFlex, Chondro-Flex, Feliway, D.A.P., and Dasuquin - just to name a few. If we don't have it, we can probably get it, just ask!
We believe integrity is the most important aspect of any business relationship and have developed Business Policies to reflect that. We promise to provide you with the best service possible using the guidelines below.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through our 3rd party checkout. Please let us know if you prefer to pay with your credit card and we will send you an invoice. We also accept PayPal and USPS Money Orders. (Please contact us prior to sending a Money Order).
We appreciate prompt payment as much as you appreciate prompt shipment, therefore we ask that you pay within 7 days of your order. If there is a delay with your payment, you must notify us prior to the deadline in order to avoid an Unpaid Item Dispute being filed (one reason why we need you to contact us prior to sending a USPS Money Order).
Shipping
Items are appropriately packaged according to their fragility, including bubble wrap, air pillows, and paper if neccessary. Liquids will be taped closed and sealed in plastic, and all items are shipped in boxes to avoid being crushed during transit. We charge a nominal handling fee (included in the shipping price)to cover the expense of packing and shipping supplies.
Shipping is usually within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation is provided on all packages at no extra charge.
Please Note: Delivery Confirmation is not tracking and oftentimes is not updated at the USPS website until the item is delivered.
Each item we sell has a predetermined weight that is used to calculate shipping charges. Item weight is automatically combined when multiple products are purchased at the same time thereby giving you the best possible savings on shipping and handling. Buy more and SAVE with combined shipping!
Returns
We stand behind every product we sell and pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction record. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.
In the highly unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, it may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, within 7 days of delivery, provided we have been notified prior to your sending it back. Returns must be properly packaged to insure no further damage to the item.
Due to the nature of the items we sell we cannot accept returns on USED products, or items that are unsealed.
Refunds/Exchanges are available once we have received your authorized return. We do not offer partial refunds.
