• IMPORTANT NOTES
• We try to be as transparent as possible regarding our terms & conditions. We don't hide them. They are fully detailed below. By placing a bid or making a purchase you are confirming acceptance of them. If you cannot agree to them, then please do not buy from us.
  
• Items may have been unpacked and (carefully) re-packed for inspection / photographing / security marking purposes.
  
• Our photographs are an honest representation of the item(s) for sale. However, because we purchase large quantities and only photograph one item, the photographs may not be of the actual item despatched.
  
• Please DO NOT bid for our items if you don't want them. Good buyers will always get positive feedback. 
• PRICING POLICY
• Our aim is always to offer you exceptional value for money whilst maintaining a high level of service.
  
• We do NOT charge low selling prices and then add high P&P charges to compensate. We believe that this is devious & dishonest. We charge actual postage costs plus a fair amount to cover packing materials. When comparing prices of similar items, we encourage buyers to look at the Total Price (Selling Price + P&P) and to boycott sellers who impose excessive P&P charges.
  
• If you purchase multiple items from us, we will always combine your items into one invoice and minimise P&P costs as far as possible. All you need to do is wait for us to send you a combined invoice before you make your payment.
  
• We operate a P&P Price Cap Scheme. Purchase as many of our items as you like and limit your P&P charge to a maximum of just £9.95 for UK mainland deliveries, subject to the following conditions:
  • Applies to UK Mainland deliveries only & excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & other offshore Islands (But, hey, if this excludes you, please contact us & we'll see what we can do for you).
  • Max. weight of items + packaging: 20Kg.
  • Max dimensions of packaged products: 100cm x 50cm x 50cm.
  • Delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 days after despatch but can be longer.
  • There must be someone available to accept the delivery, otherwise additional charges may apply.
  
  To select the Price Cap option, just buy your items in the normal way. We will then combine your purchases and send you one invoice, including the Price Cap P&P option. SHIPPING & INSURANCE

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING/INSURANCE COSTS, AND PURSUING ANY INSURANCE CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS

• Buyer pays ALL shipping & insurance costs (including returns/replacements).
  
• We operate a P&P Price Cap Scheme. (see Pricing Policy)
  
• We always obtain a certificate of posting or a tracking number.
  
• We will take every effort to protect pieces during transport but will not be responsible for any loss or damage. That responsibility remains with the Buyer.
  
• Insurance is only included to the levels and the terms of the postal service used. Full details for Royal Mail services are available on the Royal Mail Web Site. Please contact us if you require any further information.
  
• Compensation for loss or damage is subject to a successful claim by the Buyer with the postal service. We will assist, as required, with any insurance claim.
  
• We aim to despatch goods within 2 (working) days of payment clearing our account.

PAYMENTS & CURRENCIES

• Payment should reach us within 7 days of the sale date, otherwise a 'non-paying bidder' report will be filed with eBay.
  
• We accept payments in GBP only. However, with PayPal, overseas buyers can pay us in GBP using their local currency.

Item is clearly not as advertised:

Item may be returned, buyer is liable for return shipping costs.  Transaction will be cancelled through eBay which you must agreed too before refunds will be processed.  Full refund will then be processed.

Item has been damaged in transit:

A claim will be filed with the postal company used, please be patient as these claims can take weeks to conclude.  Alternatively you may return the item to us at your cost where we will be able refund sooner.  Photographic evidence will be required in all cases.

FRAUD

We have developed a reputation as honest, trustworthy & reputable traders who go the extra mile to satisfy our customers. However our goodwill does not extend to fraudsters or 'conmen'. Consequently, any suspected fraudsters will be reported to the relevant authorities and pursued with utmost vigour, however minor the actual or attempted fraud may appear to be.
