Ed and Flo on an Alaskan Cruise

Hi.  Thank you for visiting our eBay About Me page.  This is a picture of me and my wife, Flo.  She, as you can see, is my better half.  She is my soul mate and my vanilla bear  (Scrubs).  We love each others company very much, and have been married for 9 years.  Most of all, we love people.  One of our goals is to have the ability to give back to others in need.  What this means to you, as a buyer, is that we will provide you with superb customer service.  Please let us know how your experience was if you decide to purchase from us.  We strive for 5 star service and are always looking for ways to improve. 

We sell antiques, collectibles, sporting goods, books, comics, hot wheels, Atreyu Visions CDs, Disneyana, Star Wars and much more.  Please see below for our store policies. 

I (Ed) am also Education Specialist who can teach you the best practices for selling on eBay, and a registered Trading Assitant who can sell your items for you.  We'll photograph, list, pack and ship your items and give you the lions share of the profits.  We are located in Placentia, CA (Orange County), and can pick up your items if you'd like, or you can drop them off to us.  Please email us, or call for details (714) 329-4931.

Our Refund Policy
 
We do our best to accurately describe the items we sell and we will stand behind them. If you receive the item and feel that it was not exactly as described, please contact us before returning the item.  We promise to work out a solution that you will satisfy you. Items must be returned within 7 days and will be given as cash back (excluding shipping).

We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, and PayPal.  We prefer PayPal, but please don't hesitate to use the any of the other methods of payment.

Please keep in mind that if you are paying by personal check we will hold your item until the check clears before we ship it. Also, please let us know if you are going to be mailing your payment as soon as possble (preferably as soon as you win your item), so that we know to expect it in the mail.
