Ruella Yates
Ruella Yates, an artist and horsewoman, lives and paints at Spirit Horse Ranch and Studio. Her Paint gelding, Renaissance Painter, inspires much of her work, as do Jenny, her precious donkey; and Kira, her beautiful Arabian mare. Ruella is a member of the international movement known as The Path of the Horse, seeking to enhance the horse/human relationship and end violence in horse training. Ruella is currently studying with Carolyn Resnick, teaching horses at liberty. She is a Parelli Natural Horsemanship Ambassador.

Ruella paints in encaustic, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and digital media/fine art.
