Our goal at Rugday is to provide a quality area rug at a good value shipped to your door. We try not to oversell our rugs and that is why you see feedback like "rug is better than expected" or "looks better than the pictures". We will not insult our customers with unrealistic estimated values (if it seems too good to be true...) or with grossly inflated shipping and handling charges. About our pricing.
You will notice that we provide an estimate of the average retail price of each rug we sell. These are not "list prices", these are the "street prices" you would expect to pay for the same quality rug in a retail store or in a home center. Also consider the convenience of having the rug shipped to your door for free and the savings in local taxes!
Our 30 day guarantee.
We want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you decide not to keep your rug, simply return for a full refund of your purchase price minus our original shipping cost*. To return, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization number. The item must be returned in its original condition.
*Even though we offer free shipping it is still costs us an average of $12-16 per rug on 5x8's and $24-35 for each 8x11 rug we ship. Although we do not charge restocking fees, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
**All shipping/handling charges and any other expenses you may incur when returning merchandise are non-refundable expenses.

We normally answer email within 24 hours during standard business hours Monday - Friday. We do not check email regularly on the weekends or holidays.
