EMAILS WITH QUESTIONS
We try to answer every email within 24 hours and as completely as possible. Before you ask questions please check the auction and our about me-page – maybe your answer is right there.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
By default we ship via priority mail. We print labels via USPS, Ebay and Paypal if possible so you’ll be notified once the label is created, and when the item was shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Since we do ship worldwide, all international bidders are welcome to ask us how much shipping to their country will be if it is not included in the actual action
COMBINE SHIPPING
We try to combine shipping wherever possible, most of the times we have it done automatically thru the Ebay system which again saves us some time.
You can collect items for up to 7 days. As long as you don't pay for an item right away after you buy it, it can still be combined with other items you might buy after that into one invoice and thus into one shipment.
Every time you add an item, you will receive a revised and combined invoice.
If you pay for an item right away, it will automatically be moved from "Awaiting payment" to "Awaiting shipment", and it can't be combined with any other items anymore. This is how the software works. Once an item is in the "Awaiting Shipment" section, we will process it very quickly and ship it out.
In short: Only unpaid items can be combined into one invoice and shipment.
FEEDBACK
Our system is set up to give out positive feedback after the transaction is completed which is after you have received your item and have given us positive feedback. This way we get notified about who is NOT happy with us, and we'd like to know these things to make our service more efficient and better
