Russell's Auction House evolved from need of VETERAN'S, farmers, natural weather disaster victims, and those who may find our services of use in other ways.
ALL packages are carefully and well packaged; HOWEVER, it would be wise to INSURE and/or use TRACKING/CONFIRMATION on fragile and more valuable items. These MUST be requested for the items. This way if your item arrives damaged a full refund can be given. DELIVERY OF ITEMS MAY TAKE 7-10 days unless otherwise arranged.
PLEASE bid with CONFIDENCE and examine the feedbacks thoroughly.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: Normally I can have items arrive within 10 days from payment (unless faster shipping is paid for), sometimes there are sur-charges for size or weight limits, sometimes more than one package is required, sometimes UPS is better than USPS, sometimes buyer requests specific to the item/shipping/handling, insurance and tracking/confirmation - are part of this charge when it occurs.

SERVICES INFORMATION
Since 1999, with clients both businesses and private individuals, our services include: Computer automating your business to fit your business needs and desires. Online auctions/sales around the world we handle everything from research to shipping. We provide for your digital photography needs: business, individual/family portraits, weddings, special events, calendars, sending them by email to your desired destination, posting to websites. We also create professional DVDs for clients playable on any DVD player (not just for computers). We provide training/tutoring in the use of the services we provide and follow ups. Fast and efficient we give a full presentation to each client before anything is finalized. CONFIDENTIALITY we feel is paramount to all our services and all originals are property of the client(s). All fees and charges, estimated or exact, are provided before we start so the client is aware of all costs incurred. We are not out to make large profits on each client; we feel that a quality job at reasonable costs will provide us with more clients increasing our business success.

TIKI TATTOO – business automation, online auctions, digital photography, research, advertising. Over 50 items sold, business and personal photos, organized all tattoo art work and images on computer for easy access. Items ranged from antiques to their artwork (purchasers included two museums in Europe). Direct sales resulted in over $2,500 in less than 100 days.
TOM SWENSON – digital photography, research, online auctions. Tom was taken seriously ill and unable to work with high medical costs was about to lose his home and more. We went through his possessions and were able to raise enough funds to not only save his home but he was able to pay off a good portion of his medical costs. About 20 items sold world wide.

We carefully examine our items but sometimes miss things. We try to answer any questions through a detailed description but questions are welcomed - we want you to buy what you want to keep not something you buy and cant wait to get rid of.
