I love bead necklaces in particular and enjoy making them so it was a natural progression to make them for other people to buy. Adore the dainty Swarovski crystals and have to admit to having quite a large collection in the most wonderful colours. Think I must have been a magpie in an earlier life - just can't resist their sparkle!

I also use beautiful lampwork glass beads, some of them silver or gold foil lined for a pretty shimmer, also elegant porcelain beads and gorgeous wedding cake ones too. I love the millefiori (a thousand flowers) style that have tiny flower patterns through them like little sticks of rock, and of course lovely semi precious gem stones like rose quartz, amethyst, jasper and turquoise. I always try to have some traditional cloisonne beads in stock too as they come in a very pretty range of colours and Murano style pendants are a must!

I've been buying and selling on ebay for some time now. I was just a buyer for a long time before I got brave enough to list a few necklaces - and then held my breath to see if anyone would buy them ....... and thankfully many did. 

I was a "suit" in my previous working life - a Company Accountant handling a lot of other people's money. Now I relax counting beads instead of pounds and thoroughly enjoy it.
