RytherCamera.com is headquartered in Linden, NJ. We are a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer specializing in digital photo and video cameras accessories, consumer electronics, and peripherals at highly-discounted prices.
Our company is small enough to provide that one on one service that we are known for but at the same time large enough to buy volume allowing us to pass discounts onto our customers. RytherCamera gladly offers Free Shipping on additional items in combined purchases for the items which can be shipped together in the same box. We charge the regular shipping cost for the highest priced item, and ship each additional item for free. International combined shipments are calculated on total package weight.
RytherCamera works hard to ship product fast within 24hrs. After payment is cleared items normally ship within hours.
You will be emailed via ebay a tracking or delivery conformation number once your item ships.
Most of our items are delivered to customers within 2-4 business days. Standard and Free delivery require 7-9 Business Days. However, RytherCamera cannot guarantee delivery time. Delivery time depends on several factors including shipping method, carrier, weather, holiday, and a distance to addressee.
We gladly ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Alaska and may require an additional charge. In most case we can ship with the same domestic rates; however RytherCamera strongly recommends do not choose ground delivery service to those locations. Our experience shows that ground services, such USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post take unacceptably long and should not be consider for remote locations. This also is the case for packages shipped to the far west coast. |

Free Shipping for Each Additional item DOES NOT Apply for international destinations.
International transactions are subject to fraud check. International purchase usualy ships within 2-3 US business days.
RytherCamera reserve right to deny shipping to international destination if address does not pass check or Paypal verification.
RytherCamera will not mark item as gift. Custom declaration accompanies each and every item with it´s cost. Shipping and handling charges are not included in custom declaration.
Customer is responsible for any taxes/duties according to their country´s law.
RytherCamera ships international purchases via the most comprehensive carrier available for the destination address. We will not estimate and we not guaranty carrier´s estimated delivery time.

Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed!
Should you find it necessary to return your order for any reason within 30 days, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling and applicable restocking charges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us.
Products returning for money refund must be in original condition, sealed, never opened, nor used.
If item has been opened, unsealed, or used it may be returned only in case if it is defective and for exchange only.
Defective items (on manufacturer direct warranty) must be returned directly to manufacturer for an exchange or repair. Please contact manufacturer first to troubleshoot the item.
Items found defective upon arrival must be returned after we are notified within 48hrs of confirmed delivery. Once RMS# is provided ship in original packaging order supplemented with detailed description of a problem experienced. All claims of lost or damaged items from shipping will only be honored If shipping insurnace was purchased. If declined by you at check out you assume all risk and RytherCamera be held liable for any cost. |

All returns, exchanges and warranty claims must accompany our RMA which will be provided via email upon request.
Customer must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable.
Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Digitalet within 2 business days if any products are missing or damaged.
Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturer's/Factory/ Direct Warranty may be returned to RytherCamera within 7 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty.
After 7 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturer's/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the product's maker (or point of contact specified at the time of purchase) for warranty service.
After 30 days, only returns of non-working product will be honored; no refunds after 30 days
Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored
RMA numbers are valid for and products must be returned to RytherCamera within 10 business days of issue
To be accepted, all products being returned must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a printed copy of the sales order or invoice
Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition
Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping, damaged product(s) will be returned to customer
Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the RMA and the warranty
RytherCamera will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) it sells
Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective" An even exchange for the like product will be performed.
Please check product compatibility! If you are returning a product found incomparable after opening packaging or installing on your computer/photo/video etc. we will charge you 20% restocking fee. |
