Money Order Customers

- Item is returned in original packaging complete with any accessories that may be included and in same condition it was sent.
- Battery is identified, checked, and verified to be the exact battery sent to you.
- Exchange occurs within the 1 year of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Item must be received back before an exchange can be issued.
- Please package return items securely and purchase tracking with the return shipment. (Remember you still own the item until it’s received back in proper condition.)
- Item will be inspected for condition and completeness before an exchange can be issued.
- Water or physical damaged items can never be accepted for return.
- Processing time for returns and exchanges is 2-4 business days.
