It is YOUR responsibility to have your contact and shipping information current/accurate on file with Ebay/Paypal. I do not change/edit the shipping address for any item purchased and paid for through Paypal.

Because I print my labels online, whatever address is in the Paypal file for you, is what I print.

FAILURE TO HAVE YOUR CURRENT SHIPPING INFORMATION COULD RESULT IN YOUR ITEM BEING SENT TO A PRIOR ADDRESS, AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FORWARDING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH USPS, IT MAY COME BACK TO ME. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO HAVE THE ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO YOU. Please remember to always ask questions Before Bidding, if you are UNSURE about an item you see.

Your bid is a legal contract.

My auction photographs show what is included in the auction. If you don't see something in the photo(s), then it's not included. Please keep this in mind when bidding... Sometimes my items don't have all the pieces, or paperwork.

After the auction some form of response via ebay needs to be made within 3 days.

Remember that Vintage items have defects at times, or need some cleaning. Please always ask the condition of an item if you are concerned. Sometimes I don't see every little defect and therefore can't mention it. I don't feel that is misrepresenting. All returns are done at the sellers discretion.

No Shipping will be refunded should there be a return on your item. All my items are sold AS IS. Make sure the item is what you want before bidding.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Only PAYPAL is accepted.

It takes a few days to get confirmed with Paypal, so if you want to bid, and do not have a Paypal account, you would need to sign up before the auction ends, not after it ends. Payment is due 3-4 days after the auction ends.

No Personal Checks or Money Orders.

All overseas including Canada and any APO boxes that have to have a Customs Form filled out, will be charged a $4.00 handling fee, it is built-into the shipping cost.

Please check shipping rates before bidding as shipping can be VERY expensive for items that have to ship Priority International, that is for items that weigh over 4 pounds, or are expensive or fragile.
