Auction vs. Store Items
Auction Items
are items that you can place a bid on, then wait until that auction is
over to win or you can
"buy it now" if you are the
first bidder. Store items are "buy
it now" only
and are located in our Ebay store and you can proceed to pay us any way
you wish for these items.
Auction Winner's
The winning bidder will be contacted via e-mail within 48 hours after
auctions end. First, you will get an Email from Ebay, then within hours if
not minutes you will receive an Email from us,
directing you to our Express Checkout. Follow the directions in the
email which will direct you to a shopping cart. At this time payment and
shipping details for the item will be chosen. If you do not receive any
communication please go ahead and pay any way you wish.

Saini Digital Photo cannot ship items until payment is
received in full (in the case personal check or ECheck Paypal
payments, until the funds have completed a 4-6 day transfer between
accounts).
U.S. BIDDERS- We accept the following payments from US BIDDERS:
Credit Card, Personal Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Paypal payments or Bidpay.
CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS- DO
NOT PICK PAYPAL as a payment option if you
go thru the checkout. Go directly to PayPal if you wish to pay with that
method. We only accept Credit Card, Certified
Check, Money Order, and Bidpay thru our checkout service from
International Customers! WE WILL NOT SHIP
UNLESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES ARE PAID. International buyers
are also responsible for any & all customs, brokerage and/or taxes to be
paid to the courier or their government. Saini Digital Photo LLC is not responsible for these charges
and we do not have any further information regarding them. Please
contact your local customs office with further inquiry regarding this.

Shipping
Policy-
Shipping methods & prices listed in the eBay listing are for the United States,
Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico only. International shipments must be with an air carrier (i.e. UPS 2 Day Air or USPS Express
Mail etc...), and special rates will be incurred.
All international shipping fees are the responsibility of international
buyers.
We are not Responsible for product
that is shipped Uninsured. There is no tracking number provided for any
International Shipment Insured or Uninsured. International shipments are
sent Air Mail 4-7 day. International buyers are also responsible for any & all customs,
brokerage and/or taxes to be paid to the courier or their government.
Saini Digital Photo LLC
is not
responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office
with further inquiry regarding their fees when transferring merchandise
internationally.
All Indiana state shipments will incur an 6 % sales tax.
Feedback Policy -

our feedback in large batches.

If you receive a wrong or
defective item please call 1-317-490-2632 for a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA#) within 3 days from the date you receive
the product.

Returns must be
received by Saini Digital Photo within 7 calendar days from the date the RMA#
is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for
return. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with merchandise
purchased from Saini Digital Photo. After the return
period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any
problems with your equipment.

PRODUCT CONDITION.
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the
manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction
manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition
without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other
than new condition will be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee.
Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned
to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the
discretion of Saini Network & Computer Services.

PACKING AND SHIPPING.
Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (not just the manufacturer\'s
carton). Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the
original invoice. Print the RMA# on SIDES of the shipping carton.
Packages without a visible RMA# will not be accepted. Customer is
responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means
of shipping. Insurance is recommended.

REPLACEMENTS. For
products returned in accordance with this policy, your replacement will
be shipped out within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the
merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not
refundable, under any circumstance for any reason.
