Shipping Pricing and Policy


Due to some buyers questioning my use of delivery confirmation all the time on priority I thought I would take alittle space here to explain. I always clearly state the shipping price and shipping options (Priority or if offered First class OR UPS) AND IF THERE IS A HANDLING FEE in the auction before you bid, I dont like the buyers getting "surprised" after the auction closes so I list it right up front. Due to the zoning now at the Post Office (and since I do not have a scale) I have to estimate as close as I can the price, I try to get it as close as I can to amount but there may be occasion that it over slightly, unforutnately I do not have the time or gas money to run to the PO for every item to get weighed, so please understand I do my very best to get it as accurate as possible (but sometimes it may be more which if there is extra would be called the "HANDLING FEE"~IF YOU SEE "HANDLING FEE" AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY IT SIMPLY DO NOT BID as I cannot under estimate packages and lose more money on shipping I had this happen several times and it got too expensive ~Keep in mind we the sellers already have to pay listing fees, finals auctions fees and if you use paypal then paypal fees). Next Delivery confirmation is something I use for ALL prioirty packages (unless they are over $50 then I use signature confirmation) I am sorry but I DO NOT ship without it (unless you are APO/AFO/FPO in which it cannot be used and I must use insurance) I know some buyers do not want to pay for it but it ensures a clean and worry free transaction for myself as well as the buyers when it comes to shipping because I can see online that the item was delivered (It is also comes in very handy for tracking, one instance I had where an item didnt show up for 2 weeks and the PO was able to track it down find it sitting at a PO so it was not lost for good)
If you select FIRST CLASS I ship with a FLAT RATE ~ I also use delivery confirmation OR I use POM (or PROOF OF MAILING; which a slip with your address and my address gets stamped at the PO when I ship the item to PROVE I did mail it as they compare both slip and mailing address on package also note it is .90 extra in addition to the shipping fee and will not show up on your package, they put the sticker with .90 fee right on my POM slip so what ever you shipping is plus .90) I also use Tyvek mailers for shipping first class which I purchase for .45ea ~ they are very sturdy and help protect your items much better, most items are shipped inside ziplocks to ensure a clean delivery and/or wrapped in bubblewrap depending on the items~I take care when preparing your item for shipment and use these extra measures to ensure I have done what I can to get you your items in the new condition your expect and pay for. With priority the PO supplies the box/shipping supplies (unless other supplies such as bubblewrap or whatever is needed for a safe shipment which I must purchase) but FIRST CLASS packaging I must purchase on my own so please understand flat rate covers the packaging materials needed to ship your item. Finally Paypal I love for fast payments and shipping of your items but I will ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESS, do not ask to have it shipped anywhere else! I had 2 BAD experiences and almost lost $375 due to 2 dishonest people (yes.. I do know almost ALL my buyers are honest and trust worthy and great to have as customers but it are those few that have made me adopt this policy, for Paypal to get seller protection YOU MUST ship to confirmed addresses only- although I have been told by many people "no you dont" all you need to do is read the Paypal Rules About Seller Protection and it will clearly state it right there) I am honestly not trying to be difficult but I have to protect myself as I am sure you can understand with all the worry and agravation I have to go through for 2 months trying to get my money back before. I DO offer combine shipping if your auctions close within 4 consecutive day period and you make ONE PAYMENT,,,, Well hopefully this will clear up some of the reasons I have for the policies I do. I appreciate all my wonderful buyers business and hope to sell on ebay for many years to come!! If you have further questions please feel free to email me - thanks! I am a stay at home mom that has found a great way to earn some extra money, clean out the closets and most important to me, get to stay home and be with my pride and joy! As you will see just by my auctions I love Gymboree, Baby Gap Little Tikesand of course Thomas the Tankproducts. I love to shop so I always picking up good deals and passing along the savings so be sure to check out my auctions often...


Policy:

I DO like to explain all the details of the used clothes even though the hubby says I am a little overboard about every little thing but I want the bidders to know exactly what they are getting, I do try to look the clothes over and over, checking the hems, seams and all over but I am only human so it is possible to miss something , please feel free to bring to my attension, thats the only way I'll know, returns on used items that are "as is" I can not accept returns for, all "as is" or used items I described in details so please read the desciption and remember Gymboreeclothes are now being made larger so if you child is wearing a large now you need to get an xlarge in used clothes(bigger is better anyhow with the way most kids grow), new items I am no longer accepting so please read the description carefully, I carefully open boxes for toys to check that all pieces are there and accounted for so that when they arrive at your door you will never have to worry. Please read my feedback and bid with confidence!

Personal Checks are currently NOT BEING taken so please DO NOT send one it will be returned to you uncashed~Too many NSF have this policy instated at this time, most people are honest and mistakes are made daily(I have too)that I do understand and I do not want it to seem like I am "punishing" all the honest people, I appreciate all their business, but unfortunatly our bank is now holding all our posts on personal checks and money orders due to this, thanks for understanding and please do not feel offended, thanks
