4. Items “untested” are “sold as is” with any defects.
5. If picture does not show an accessory then it is not being sold with the product, unless otherwise stated in the description (such as power supply, cable, etc.)

1. We accept returns only for items that are misshipped or DOA.
2. Does NOT include Sold As Is items.
3. We will exchange if more of the same item is available. Otherwise, we will credit only the bid price of the item towards a future purchase or refund purchase price only.
4. Bidder must return the product in order for it to be replaced/credited.
5. Return policy is void if item is received back damaged due to not being properly packed for return.

1. Buyer pays shipping and handling on each item.
2. There is a shipping calculator in each listing that provides quotes based on your zip code or country destination.
3. The shipping department closes at noon each day. Therefore, any payments received after 10:00 a.m. will ship the next business day.
4. Most items ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
5. All paid over the weekend will ship the next business day.
6. There will be times when this doesn’t happen due to extenuating circumstances, but we are pretty proficient in getting most auctions shipped the same day or the following day after payment is received.

Our handling charges may seem excessive, but please keep in mind that our products do not pack themselves. If you look at our listings and feedback, you will notice that we sell quite a few items. Therefore, some of the cost also covers labor expenses. The handling charges are also only a small portion of the cost of packing (box, bubblewrap, foam, peanuts, tape, etc.). Please also take note of the comments in our feedback that reflect how proficient and quick we are at shipping our products. We feel this should be taken into consideration as well. You may be paying a little more in handling charges, but you will get great service!

At this time we are only shipping via Express Mail International which provides tracking. We have experienced problems with other methods in the past with packages being lost or stolen. We understand that it is more expensive to use this method, but it guarantees your package to be delivered and in a timely manner. Most of our international buyers have been pleased with this method.

However, if you would prefer a cheaper method, we understand and ask that you send us an email stating that you will not hold Bigkey responsible if the item is lost or stolen. We will gladly provide you with proof of shipment with a postal receipt.

2. We will email you with payment information as soon as possible if you haven’t already paid with the Pay Now link or used checkout.
3. If payment is not received within 7 days we will file an Unpaid Item Reminder (UPI) and then a Final Value Fee (FVF) credit with eBay.
