Thanks so much for taking the time to read my About Me page.It's always nice to know something about your seller (or bidder) ... it makes the world seem a little smaller.
Me, In a Nutshell
Or should I say, "Me, in a NUTHOUSE"? I'm married, a mother of four, a homeschool teacher (and loving it), an eBay seller, and an eBay buyer. I'm also "Mom" to two cats and a cocker spaniel who are still learning to get along, kind of like my children. I sell on eBay to help pay for homeschooling books, baby things, and to have a little mad money for lattes every now and then (current favorite: iced white chocolate mocha).I want to say something quick about my shipping policy: When I purchase an item, I like to get it quickly, so I try to do the same for my customers. I typically ship within 2 business days of receiving payment, but often am able to ship the same day. Items are usually sent USPS, but if a package is very large or heavy, I may send it UPS or FedEx to get a better shipping rate for my customer.
I ship internationally, and items going to other countries are sent USPS. Items sold to Canadian buyers will be declared as merchandise and not as gifts. Depending on the weight of the item, I will do my best to find the most affordable shipping rates; my International buyers are just as important to me as buyers from the States. :-)
Regarding payments, I accept payment via PayPal or money order (depending on the item). International: PayPal only. If a winning bidder doesn't pay, negative feedback will be left and the non-paying bidder will be reported to eBay.

PS: A word about my negatives: The first one I'd ever received was from a deadbeat bidder who never paid me. I left a negative for her, so she retaliated and lied. eBay wouldn't remove it, since it was basically my word against hers. She's no longer a registered user. The second negative was a mistake, left by one of my buyers who'd intended to leave it for another seller, not me. She left an updated remark attesting to that. (eBay has since changed the feedback system so that mistakes like this no longer happen.) So ... have no fear -- bid with confidence!
