When you think of living close to the seashore, it brings to mind a relaxed casual lifestyle.
"Flip-flops and a cold beverage". A lifestyle that feels good to come home to and one that others talk about with envy. We all want that.
My wife and I started Surfside Gifts in September of 2005 as our twins Hailey and Hannah approached their 1st birthday. We talked about our corporate jobs and how we needed a creative outlet to stay focused on what really matters in life. My wife Amy stays home now to raise our twins and loves seashells. Seriously. I really mean she LOVES shells. She started off making special handmade gifts for Christmas and birthdays and now has evolved into an art all its own. She handpicks each shell (between diaper changes) from the thousands we've collected here in Neptune Beach, Florida and elsewhere.

When you surround yourself with everything "beach", you can't help but take deeper relaxed breaths with a smile on your face. Whether you live a thousand miles from the ocean or 1 block away, Surfside Gifts has a goal to provide the beach and coastal flavor to any home, beach house, or tree fort.
