Hi there, here a little something about myself.

I am a former Software Quality Engineer for a major US photographic company located in Upstate New York. I have worked on every thing from large Electro-mechanical film processing and scanners that are the size of Mini-Vans to scanners that could fit in your home PC. I am too familiar with Microsoft Products but would prefer to work in Mac or UNIX systems. I am now transitioning to being a full time gunsmith and component designer. I am a certified Rifle, Shotgun and Pistol smith.

I was born in Florida in a Gulf Coast art deco period resort city. My wife is from the rural area we live in. My wife and I live in the country near a lake. My neighbors are about 150 feet away from me on either side. I am an avid gardener. I keep a garden about of an acre where I grow 7-9 varieties of hot and sweet peppers. I use them to make some of the best hot sauces and relishes around (at least that what the people I give them to say). My recipes will be in booklet form soon and for sale soon.

We have 2 dogs 2 cats and a chinchilla. The dogs are an eight pound AKC apricot toy poodle ( my wife dog) and a FTGH (free to good home) black lab mix of about 80 lbs. The cats are cats, ones black and furry, the other is tri-color tiger. And the chin is very entertaining.

I build and upgrade PC and AR (and other advanced rifles) in my spare time. I have been doing this almost two decades. I also have a collection of modern and antique firearm that has been under construction for generations. We are both members of the NRA. I member of the American Gunsmithing Association. I am also a member of the Empire State Arms Collectors. I am a PADI certified scuba diver. I ex-Navy and love being in and under the water. I also have a Novell certification from years ago. I in the process of getting my FFL. I have taken few courses in the arts and theater. I like to paint when I have the time and the inspiration (some of them will end up on the auction block). Since I used to work for a photographic company, I take a lot of pictures, film and digital. Some of them are going to be turned into paintings. And my Halloween costumes are usually pretty involved. I also do all my HTML for this site and am building my own. Watch this space for a link to my page when I finish the getting incorparated.
