Backorders
If for some unforeseen reason, an item is no longer available or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified immediately. Most items on this website are generally available to be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Charges
We are constantly working on our shipping methods and trying to offer the most cost effective way to ship. Rates are always rising, so we are always checking rates and trying to offer you the quickest, most cost effective ways to receive your order. Sometimes you are charged higher shipping cost than what it cost to ship. If this is the case please know that we refund any discrepancy right away. Sometime the opposite is true and in those cases we take on the discrepancy. Thank you for your understanding and patronage.

Vacation Settings/ Office Closures
We are a family owned and run business, so when the family takes a vacation Or we must attend an Expo, the store is closed. We will always post when there are store shipping delays because of events. We Recycle Shipping Supplies
We recycle - we work with a few big retail stores in our area to help recycle packaging supplies. We do not believe in filling up landfills with materials that can be used again. We recycle cardboard boxes as well as shipping peanuts and pillow packs. Recycling not only saves precious resources but also avoids the toxic processes used to turn these resources into consumer products. Keeping waste out of landfills also makes economic and environmental sense. Landfills have cost taxpayers millions of dollars to clean up and monitor, a process that is likely to continue for many decades into the future. Therefore, recycling to avoid landfill disposal helps avoid environmental and public health threats down the road.
Shipping Method
We ship Monday - Friday (except federal holidays) We Ship USPS First-Class, & Priority Mail up to 2 pounds. All shipments weighing over 2 pounds will be shipped via FedEx Ground. You will always receive a tracking number whichever shipping method is used. In the case an item ordered is not available you will be contacted promptly. You will recieve shipping confirmation via email, so please provide a valid email address during check-out. If you have any special shipping request we would be happy to entertain them.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with an order please contact us in order to find a solution together. In the case of our mistake or faulty product a full refund will be issued. Should something be terribly wrong with your order please bring it to our attention so that we may address the issue. We do accept returns, customers returning items will be responsible for return postage. All returns must be made within 10 business days, of receiving your order. Refunds will not be issued for items mistakenly purchsed by the customer, or that did not work for the customer. If you order the wrong size containers you will be responsible for returning that item to us for a store credit. In this case all items returned will be issued store credit. We will Exchange the item and reship FREE (no additional cost to the customer). Sales Tax
Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: IL (7.75%).
Shipping to Canada
Because of the recent increase in USPS rates shipping to Canada has become significantly more expensive. We would be happy to quote you a price on any items you are interested in.
Feedback & Quality Control
Please contact us to try to resolve any issues before leaving neutral or negative Feedback. We can not address an issue if it has not been brought to our attention. We are constantly checking for quality control, but sometimes items are missed. If you receive a product that is of poor quality please address it with us immediately. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your satisfaction is our number ONE goal. We are happy to address any issue you may be having and look forward to serving you. We are a family owned and operated business. We opened our eBay store in 2006 and our retail site in 2007. We want to give you the best customer service on the web. The SampleContainerStore.com is run from our home in Central Illinios. We ship 5 days a week and try to get all orders out within 24 hrs. Custom orders may take up to 48 hrs to process. It is the responsibility of the customer to test the compatibility of each bottle/Container for its intended use.
Custom Labels
We cut and paste all order information submitted for custom label processing. If you send us incorrect information we are not responsible for your typos. Please proof read all information before submitting it for printing. We will not be responsible for the following issues: Spelling, Incorrect phone numbers, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer. Inferior quality or low-resolution of submitted images. Design errors introduced by the customer in the label submission process.
