Who I Am:
As you can tell by my store name, I have been helping to mold future generations of Texans - FOR 30 YEARS!! I have a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education degree. My certification covers grades K-8. I also have state certification for the gifted and talented program. I have taught in almost all those grades at one time or another over the years. The last 15 years of my career, I taught G&T English, reading, and world geography in middle school. I also served as a mentor for new teachers entering the profession.

In May,2004, my school district offered a buy out to those of us oldtimers that qualified. I accepted the offer and took an early retirement. Thirty years doesn't seem like an early retirement! So at 59, my newest passion is my grandson. Instead of a stay-at-home-mom, I am a stay-at-home-Mimi. I take care of young Master Garrick while his parents are at work. What a joyous experience! Grandchildren are such fun!

About My Store:
I think you will find my lessons, books, ideas, etc. to be of help to you in your classroom. I know my teaching resources work because they were put together for my own use in the classroom. The units have activities for various ability levels with lots of choices you can tailor the activities to fit the needs of your students.

In addition to the school resources (new and used)found in my auctions and store, I also have other items such as gifts, clothing, collectibles, cosmetics, and more. The additional categories may change from time to time.

How I Became Involved in Ebay:
I have been a member since January, 2003. While in the process of closing my mother's estate, I found many old toys and other items from my childhood that she had stashed away. Not knowing quite what to do with them, I went to ebay to see if there was a market for toys from the 50’s. To my amazement, I found not only was there a market for them but a successful one. After a couple of auction sales – I was hooked.

My Policies:
I want you to be a satisfied customer and a return customer, so I never sell anything that I would not want or use myself. I package very carefully so that you will receive the item in the condition described in the auction. If there is a problem, I will work with you to resolve it. I do combine shipping when at all possible. I ship the item as soon as your payment is received and give feedback once I know you are satisfied with the product. I pride myself in fast shipping and customer satisfaction. My goal is a positive transaction that will bring you back as a regular customer.



To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
