Communication: We value communication. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. We'll answer to the best of our ability. After payment is received, an email will be sent to the winning bidder, providing the tracking information. If an item is received in a condition other than that described, please let us know. Unless you tell us, we may not know that there are issues, such as damage. We'll do our best to make things right.
Returns/Refunds/Regrets: Will accept all returns for whatever reason (including "I don't like it." or "I don't want it!") as long as the item is returned in original condition. You may return it for a refund of the winning bid upon receipt of the item back to our location. Returning buyer must pay shipping back to our location and item must be shipped in it's original packing box and fully insured. If your item is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we may work together to resolve any problems. Your satisfaction with our customer service is our number one priority!
