I will contact you by email, and with an ebay invoice, generally within a couple of hours after an auction has ended or within a day in the case of purchases made from my store. Please email back to let me know that you've received these communications. If I don't hear back from you in some way, I won't know that you have received my email and invoice. That's especially important given the spam filters many people have in place these days.

I only ship by U.S. mail. I don't use UPS, ever. In most cases, USPS shipping costs are based upon the weight of the package and the distance it must travel. For almost all of my listings, there will be a Shipping Calculator that can be used to determine the shipping cost to your area, within the United States. Please email for shipping estimates for international transactions if your country isn't included in the Shipping Calculator. Most of the shipping costs in my listings include a small additional fee to help offset the cost of packing materials. This usually ranges from a quarter to about three dollars, depending on the item and the materials needed to pack it safely. My experience is that a nice, solid box makes all the difference in terms of helping to ensure that your item will arrive safely. Thus, I buy -- and use -- a great many brand new, high-quality boxes. I pack using the Golden Rule; namely, I will pack the item for you as I hope it would be packed for me if I had purchased the item.

I'm happy to pack as much together as is practical, to help save on shipping costs. If you have special needs or have any questions about shipping-related matters, please email before you bid. I don't negotiate shipping prices at all! California residents will have 9.5 percent sales tax collected.

I generally go the post office several times each week, usually at least every other business day. Your package will be sent out the next time I go to the post office, after your cleared payment is received. I'll email when the package is en route to you.
