I found that Ebates offers a coupon for 3% off every ebay auction you win. The deal is that they were recently hired by Ebay to promote sales during the recession by offering this discount. There is no limit as to how many times you can use the 2% off. Also, they give you $5 with the first auction you win.
Ive been using this for a couple months now and have been very happy with it.
