Sakes alive, what a great sounding amp. I admit I'm honeymooning here, but I got the Jensen broken in a bit last night with CDs, and it was sounding even better...and man, her stock components are both toneful and LOUD. Lots of definition, and a fat snappy tone with a Tele...perfect. The honeymoon phase not likely to end anytime soon! Sweetest cleans, awesome breakup, and I was easily going from sparkling edge-of-breakup tones to powerful saturation and sag with picking pressure. I urge anyone looking into Deluxe tones to strongly consider the Richter version, especially at the prices she's now offering. Very impressed! D. T. |
