I sell and buy on Ebay, mostly sell. This is my hobby as I do have a full time job. I REALLY enjoy Ebay and work hard to be a great buyer and seller and to gain respect and loyalty. I provide honest details about my auctions, ship quickly and only charge for shipping what it costs me. Since I have bought and sold on Ebay I understand both sides of the process.
Just a little about me: First of all let me say I think we should all work to make Ebay a fun and safe place to shop. I am a perfectionist, honest and work hard to gain my buyer's confidence. As a seller I work hard to maintain a 5 star feedback score by providing an honest description and many photos, packing well, shipping items as quickly as posible. Anything less than a 5 star I ask that the buyer notify me. 5 star ratings allows me to continue to provide items at good prices. I value my customers confidence in me. I will always respond to messages as quickly as I possibly can. As a buyer I pay right away and expect the same from the seller. I treat as I want to be treated.
My favorite handbag is COACH and I absolutely love going to Coach stores. I hand pick my bags myself. All my bags are 100% authentic guaranteed and purchased form a Coach store, outlet or department store. I do sell a few other quality bags also since I am a lover of Brighton, D&B, Pliner, Johnson and Guess. I am not affiliated with Coach or any other designer. I will not ever sell replicas!! All my Coach bags and others are 100% AUTHENTIC Guaranteed so there should be no reason for any return request. I do consider my sales final unless I have grossly misrepresented the item such as sending the wrong item.
Let's talk about feedback!!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT not only to sellers but to buyers as well. I think everyone needs to provide feeback.This is important for buyers as well as sellers. As for sellers anything less than a 5 star in all areas is considered sub-par with Ebay. I do provide feedback when either selling or buying and do have to report non-bidding payers to Ebay resolution. I strive for 5 star ratings in all areas. Unless you have had a HORRIBLE experience with a seller I suggest you leave 5 stars. Read all the item descriptions and when the item was shipped. If you do not agree with shipping, item description and other terms either ask questions or do not bid. When you bid this is a legal contract. Please serious bidders only. I always provide feedback as my buyer has provided mine. That way I know the buyer has received the item.
Communication: This is the key to a good smooth transaction. I communicate and respond to messages as soon as possible. I describe all my auctions to the best of my ability and provide many photos for your review. I keep receipts and pictures of all my auctions including the mailing date and how much it cost me to ship.
Payment & Shipping: I accept Paypal. I am a perfectionist so I do expect payment when an auction ends and I ship the day of or following day. I cannot ship after 12 noon on Saturdays and of course Sundays. If for some reason you cannot pay after the auction or within 2 days please notify me so we can make arrangement so I don't assume you do not intend to pay. I do report non-paying bidders. I reserve the right to re-list the item on the 3rd day (unless you have made arrangement with me). I charge you exactly what it cost me for shipping and try to keep costs down. I prefer to ship USPS. USPS shipping costs have recently gone up but I only charge you what is cost me to ship! TRACKING NUMBERS can always be found on the PayPal transaction.

So back to feedback!! remember please, to think about the following:
1. Item as described: Review the item title and description before rating the seller on item as described
2. Communication: Consider only business days when evaluating communication. Sellers don’t always check email on weekends and holidays
3. Shipping time: Rate the seller on the time it took them to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. You shouldn’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear
4. Shipping and handling charges: Keep in mind that I only charge you what it cost me to ship. I do not charge handling time. I do not charge taxes. I do not charge for the time and gas it takes me to travel to the post office. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws. There is more information below regarding international shipping.
Returns: Sales I consider final unless I have grossly misrepresented my item or made a mistake in shipping. All my items are authentic so refund/returns are not expected. Should a circumstance arise and a refund needs to be discussed then you need to emal me within 24 hours of you receiving the item. I must recieve the item back within 5 days of you receiving the item in the original condition, with tags, and unsued. After inspection you will be notified by email. I do not except returns after 7 days. If after 24 hours, I consider sales final. I do charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Return shipping would be at the buyers cost. Please communicate. Communication is the best policy. Again, I only sell authentic items. I appreciate your business. Questions are recommended and welcome prior to bidding if you are in doubt or have any questions. International Shipping
I appreciate my international buyers. I only charge you what the Post Office Charges me. For items less than 100.00 I can ship International Priority and for over 200.00 Express International. I cannot mark international as gifts.The U.S. Post office requires me to show a receipt and sign paperwork on all items being shipped internationally. Items marked as gift is against the law and eBay policy. You can read eBay policy regarding that type of shipping behavior regarding eBay shipping policies. As an International Buyer, it is your responsibility to understand your Country’s Import Duties and or Taxes. I charge a 20% RESTOCKING FEE and SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. A Non paying Bidder Report will be filed and a strike against your account. I have to conform to eBay policy as well as United States Postal Service Laws. Here is my policy below and if you bid and win you agree to the following: If you do not want to pay Express/Priority and Insured Shipping that I recommend, you agree that there is minimal risk your item may be lost and delayed by choosing not to pay for these services therefore you release me of any liability and agree to not file an "item not recieved" or any claim with EBay and PayPal as long as the USPS.COM website shows that I did purchase a Certificate of "Proof of Mail" for Priority Shipping which is a legal and binding document. If Shipped Express International Insured you also agree to release me of any liability and agree to not file an "item not recieved or any claim with EBay and PayPal as long as the USPS.COM website shows your item with your tracking numberand has arrived abroad and/or into your Customs. I always purchase a Certificate of Proof of Mail on Prirority Shipping and ship insured on all International Sales and the USPS Website will indicate it has arrived abroad. ANY INTERNATIONAL BUYERS THAT CLAIM “ITEM NOT REC’EIVED” WHEN USPS.COM SHOWS YOUR ITEM WAS MAILED WITH CERTIFICATE OF PROOF OF MAIL or shows by Express Insured that it has arrived Abroad and accepted into Customs WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY FOR: “participating in a listing without meeting the Seller Auction & Shipping Terms” which is in accordance with and in violation of eBay Policy. By BINNING/BIDDING/WINNING an Auction, you AGREE that you have read, understand & agree to my above International Shipping Policy & Terms.
