Rating Your eBay Experience.

I offer brand-new, high quality cycling products direct to you the consumer, at great prices while still offering excellent customer service and fast delivery.  This is why a positive feedback and 5 stars on each of the 4 Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR), is very important to me.  Even a 4 on the DSR ratings or a neutral feedback are looked at as negative to Ebay’s new grading system and the discounts I receive. Therefore it is extremely important and critical to my survival as a low priced seller on eBay, that you rate me with all “5”stars for the Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) and positive feedback.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your shopping experience I want to hear from you. I have a 3-day return policy on all of my new products. If you feel that I do not deserve 5 star rating or a positive feedback I ask that you please contact me through the “ask seller a question” link in the listing of the item you purchased.  Due to problems with fraud and phishing, I do not respond to email sent to me outside the eBay message system.  I will do my best to correct any problems that you may have regarding your purchase. Return Policy

·        Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date.

·        Order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

·        Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

·         Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

·        Used or damaged returns are not accepted.

Warranty Issues

Manufacturer policies on warranties vary and are offered by the manufacturer.  In general, manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear, is not covered.  All freight costs are not covered and are your responsibility, both ways.   Most manufactures prefer that you work directly with them to resolve warranty problems.  Please contact us if you need contact information for the manufacturer or if we can help you.

International Buyers

Be aware that the number that USPS uses is a delivery confirmation number and not a tracking number.  A delivery confirmation will not show the item has shipped when I print the label and then ship your package.  It will only change when the item leaves the USA or is delivered to you.  I do not like this but I can not change how USPS handles this information for international buyers.  Delivery time can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks.  This delivery time can vary due to the time your package sits in your local post office or in your country customs department.  I have no control over how long delivery time takes.
