Canadian buyers please email us via ebays email system to confirm payment and mailing options before bidding. I reserve the right to cancel any bids that do not follow these instructions. valuables through the mail. Whether you are sending jewelry, antiques or just
expensive clothing, getting insurance provides that security. Insure your
package only for what its contents are worth; youe only covered for the actual
value at the time and place of mailing.

If your insured shipment, whether Insurance was purchased online or at a Post Office, has been lost or damaged in transit you can request to recover the value of your articles by filing an insurance claim at any Post Office.
Domestic Claims
Shipments mailed domestically (to or from any address in the United States) . APO/FPO shipments included.
Claims for all services, except Merchandise Return Service can be filed at any Post Office. Merchandise Return Service claims can only be filed at the Post Office where the Merchandise Return permit is held.
Download PS Form 1000, Domestic Claim or Registered Mail Inquiry, and complete the customer portion. You may submit the completed form to any U.S. Post Office.
With the completed claims form you will need to provide evidence of Insurance and evidence of value.
Depending on the type of claim, you will need to provide proof of damage, proof of loss, or partial loss of contents.
International Claims
Shipments mailed to or from a foreign country.
For Letter Post or Parcel Post, go to your local Post Office to complete PS Form 542, Inquiry about a Registered or an Insured Parcel or an Ordinary Article.
For Global Express Mail and Global Express Guaranteed, call 1-800-222-1811 to initiate an inquiry.
If your inquiry of damage or loss is confirmed by the USPS, an information packet with a claim form PS 2855 will be mailed to you.
You will need to provide evidence of Insurance and evidence of value.
When to File
For Damage or Partial Loss of Contents: File immediately, but no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
For a Complete Loss: File within the time limits in the chart below.

All sales are final.. Electronic items are always tested before shipping to avoid having DOA's and to protect our customer's from getting non-working items. If you want to return an item because you no longer want it, we must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date and it is on our discretion what item we would take back. If you contact us after the 3 days then there is nothing we can do. Their is a 15% restocking fee for all returns plus S&H is not refundable.
