Please insure your items, we are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen items if no insurance is taken out. Read below under insurance for rates. Canadian buyers please email us via ebays email system to confirm payment and mailing options before bidding. I reserve the right to cancel any bids that do not follow these instructions. High bidder, if you have less than 5 positive feedbacks I expect payment within 24 hrs of auction closing, else item goes to second highest bidder. I do not combine items for shipping, items are packaged before they are place on Ebay unless stated in auction.

  • We ship items within the Continuous 48 states! Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Canada only. Please see rates for shipping. If no rate please email sales@sotoworldwide.com  for shipping rates before bidding. All Items are shipped thru United States Postal service or UPS Ground! For your convenience we accept Paypal, Business & Personal Checks drawn on USA banks only and held for 7-10 days to clear, and of course money orders . All  payments must be received within 3 days of close of auction! 
  • After the auction complete Ebay's checkout and choose your payment method.  It should then give you the necessary payment information. You will also receive an automatic invoice that will give all the necessary payment information.
Shipping Information
  • Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days (mostly within 24 hrs) via USPS.
  • Insurance may be required, please check the Payments and Shipping section above (We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipment, we may require that winning bidders purchase the insurance)
  • Shipper not responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping & Handling is not negotiable. Please insure your item.

International Shipping

In most cases the S&H rates are posted in the auction.  International customers contact us via email with the item number, your country and shipping method and we'll send you a new invoice.   If you don't know the S&H rate to your country, email us with the auction number and your country and we'll email you your options. All auctions are in US funds only. Paypal is preferred for payment.

INSURANCE FOR ITEMS U.S.A. DOMESTIC

Security is key when your sending valuables through the mail. Whether you are sending jewelry, antiques or just expensive clothing, getting insurance provides that security. Insure your package only for what its contents are worth; youe only covered for the actual value at the time and place of mailing.

If your insured shipment, whether Insurance was purchased online or at a Post Office, has been lost or damaged in transit you can request to recover the value of your articles by filing an insurance claim at any Post Office.

Domestic Claims

  • Shipments mailed domestically (to or from any address in the United States) . APO/FPO shipments included.

  • Claims for all services, except Merchandise Return Service can be filed at any Post Office. Merchandise Return Service claims can only be filed at the Post Office where the Merchandise Return permit is held.

  • Download PS Form 1000, Domestic Claim or Registered Mail Inquiry, and complete the customer portion. You may submit the completed form to any U.S. Post Office.

  • With the completed claims form you will need to provide evidence of Insurance and evidence of value.

  • Depending on the type of claim, you will need to provide proof of damage, proof of loss, or partial loss of contents.

International Claims

  • Shipments mailed to or from a foreign country.

  • For Letter Post or Parcel Post, go to your local Post Office to complete PS Form 542, Inquiry about a Registered or an Insured Parcel or an Ordinary Article.

  • For Global Express Mail and Global Express Guaranteed, call 1-800-222-1811 to initiate an inquiry.

  • If your inquiry of damage or loss is confirmed by the USPS, an information packet with a claim form PS 2855 will be mailed to you.

  • You will need to provide evidence of Insurance and evidence of value.

When to File

For Damage or Partial Loss of Contents: File immediately, but no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.

For a Complete Loss: File within the time limits in the chart below.

Return Policy

All sales are final.. Electronic items are always tested before shipping to avoid having DOA's and to protect our customer's from getting non-working items. If you want to return an item because you no longer want it, we must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date and it is on our discretion what item we would take back.  If you contact us after the 3 days then there is nothing we can do. Their is a 15% restocking fee for all returns plus S&H is not refundable.

  • Absolutely no returns on opened software.  Sorry but there are too many dishonest people on ebay who buy software, copy it, then try to return it. 
  • S&H charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials including materials such as manuals, accessories and cables (unless specified otherwise).
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges on merchandise. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to a store where you bought it to return it.
Feedback

All Ebay feedback is automatically reciprocated.  Once you receive your item(s), feel free to leave us positive feedback and it will be returned automatically.  They usually do it within 24 hours.  

General/Misc Policies
  • We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s) all refusals will be credited minus the S&H charges & applicable fees.
  • If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you note the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment. Purchase insurance.
