We are an Asset Recovery Business specialising in used barcode equipment. We have been in operation since 2004.
[ Our location ]
You are buying from an International seller from the Republic of Singapore (Asia Pacific).
Please note that you are buying from an overseas seller - we are not located in the USA
[ Customer Service Policy ]
We believe in honesty and integrity in our dealings with our customers.
All equipment we sell will be described as accurately so that our customers will know exactly what they are buying.
We will list the test and functionality that was performed on our equipment and ensure that what we sell fits the description.
If there are any discrepancies, please let us know so that we can address and help resolve any outstanding issues.
[ International Shipments ]
Most of the shipments coming out of Singapore will be by the Singapore Postal Service.
For faster more secure shipments - EMS (Singpost) is available at extra charge.
We will also ship on Customers' account on request using UPS / DHL / Fedex.
Please be mindful that you are buying from an overseas seller - International shipment will be more expensive and takes longer to deliver than by domestic delivery
[ Payment Methods ]
Paypal is the preferred method of payment - we encourage buyers to pay with paypal - it is both secure and fast.
With the new policies of eBay rolling in - soon all payments will have to be by paypal only
We regret that we will no longer be able to accept other forms of payment when the new policy kicks in
[ Warranty/Return Policy ]
We provide a 30 days warranty on DOA on most of our products, except items SOLD AS IS.
Returns will be accepted (within 7 days of receipt).
A restocking fee of 30% will be levied on Purchase Price for returns - The Buyer will have to pay and arrange for return shipment.
Unauthorised returns will not be honoured. - Please contact us if there are any issue with the product.
Any tampering with the equipment, or damage by user will void all warranties.
Items that are sold as is or untested are sold for parts/spares only. NO returns will be accepted for as-is sale.
[ Customs/Taxes ]
As an overseas seller - we cannot and do not collect taxes.
Buyers will be solely responsible for any taxes levied on the shipment into their respective countries.
Please check with your local Customs/ government office for prohibitions/ license requirement etc.
