I’m an empty-nester trying to downsize, while helping to put my daughter through college. Quite frankly, the items I list really need to be sold and I choose Ebay to do that because of the great experiences I have had here with doing so.

Below I have just listed some policies and requests that are too numerous to list on each auction page. I know it's long, but it's important.  If you are an interested buyer, please read.

What you can expect from me:

• I will represent my items to the best of my ability - whether positive points or flaws - so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not you want to bid on/buy it.
• All of my items are final sale......any exceptions to this will be listed in the auction.
• I make sure they are worth your time because I am downsizing. Having to take items back means more things I have to sell. The only possibility of a return would be if I intentionally and grossly misrepresented any item. I do realize that a no return policy costs me some sales.
• I try to be as accurate as possible on shipping and handling charges. I want to be cost-effective for you.  Delivery confirmation is always attached.
• I ask what I want for each auction item. I don't make money off of your shipping. Inflated shipping is wrong and I don't want any part of it.
• If your package arrives to you and you think that the weight was over calculated, please remember this...I normally mail your item to you with one or two extra ounces on it. It is usually just a few cents. I pay for this out of my pocket the majority of the time. In the event that the USPS scales differ from mine, I need to make sure your order gets to you without postage due. I would be mortified.
• Please remember....I will combine your shipping if you notify me first about all of the items you want to include on your order.
• I package your orders as carefully as I can. I have to pay extra postage at times because I underestimate the packaging in shipping estimates. I don't mind because I want your items to get to you safely and exactly as I sent them. Please understand that if the USPS uses rough treatment, sometimes even the best packaged items can get broken or crushed.  For this reason, some items will have insurance added into the price of the item.  Those items will be listed as such. 
• I ship very quickly, usually the next morning.   I have allowed for up to 2 business days.  Please note that in the winter months - in the event of inclement weather, illness, etc…, shipping might be delayed.  This is an extenuating circumstance and you will be contacted quickly if this occurs.  
• I typically always write you an eBay message letting you know when I shipped and give you the confirmation number. Please do not leave negative DSR’s or feedback if the USPS is slow delivering. I cannot control their speed.  I do my very best here on my end.
