Scattergun Sports, is a brick and mortar store dealing in sporting goods for the outdoors person. Specializing in hunting, hiking, fishing and camping items, we wanted to be able to offer the kind of service of days gone by.

Scattergun Sports currently stocks between 4500 and 5000 items and is slowly growing. We opened the retail location after purchasing the inventory from two retail outlets, one specializing in sporting goods of all kinds and the other dealing in military items and surplus as well as new tactical and military clothing. After contacting several vendors, we liquidated most of the surplus and started bring in several new pieces of inventory, we have became dealers for several companies and products through out the Midwest.  

At Scattergun Sports, we believe there is something the customer’s need, which is harder to find than any product. This need is simply the time to be able to talk to someone about the products and to be able to ask questions. Scattergun Sports, takes the time to help the customer and tries to answer any questions that the customer may have. We don’t know everything, but we make every effort to locate the information for the customer, and try to give the customer an answer in a timely fashion.

We also believe in giving back to what put us in business…. the outdoors. Scattergun Sports, supports the shooting sports and conservation organizations, such as Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, Whitetails Unlimited, National Wild Turkey Federation, Dove Sportsman’s Society, Quail Unlimited, and others organizations such as the hunters safety programs offered though the different states DNR.
