One day it finally hit me...EBAY! I could make some extra cash and it would give a purpose to finding a great sale. So, I embarked on a "catch-n-release" program. I "catch" the bargain and then I "release" it to you. Consider me your very own virtual personal shopper!

Also throw in the fact that I am a reformed collector. I collected all kinds of stuff when I was kid - dolls, miniature perfume bottles, wooden nickles, campaign buttons...you get the idea. I still have a collector's sensibility, but don't like a lot of clutter sitting around. I mean, where do you put all the stuff you've collected? There is only so much room. Maybe I should have grown up to be a museum curator.

Instead, I got a bachlor's degree in Computer Science and worked in the corporate world for several years until I was down to my last pint of blood (not literally, Twilight fans). After a vacation scuba diving in Grand Cayman, I abruptly decided to take a leave of absence from that job and moved to the Caymans for a year. I never really made it back to that job. It's a long story, but suffice it to say that now I am exploring opportunities on the wild, wild, web.
