Hello, my name is Scott. I mainly sell LP record albums, but also some books and occasionally dabble in other items. I have been actively collecting records for nearly 25 years. I have a wide range of musical taste, but the main stuff I personally collect is psychedelic rock from the 1960's-1970's, plus other offbeat albums and private pressings - the weirder the better. I travel throughout California finding records both for my collection and to sell on eBay.

Notes on Grading Records:
Records are graded strictly per Goldmine standards, except that I use the EXC grade for records that are in between NM (Near Mint) and VG+. Please note that I use the NM grade strictly for records that appear as if they are new, unplayed, or barely played. An EXC record will show only the slightest evidence of prior play with maybe a light hairline or two. VG+ should play fine although it may have visual imperfections. VG and below will have more significant flaws, although often these play much better than they look. I try to note significant cover flaws. All grading is visual unless noted otherwise.

Notes on Shippings Costs and Packaging for Records:
Due to recent 2007 US Postal Service rate increases and the rising costs of quality supplies, I have had to raise my shipping rates, especially for international buyers. I still feel my charges are very reasonable and are actually cheaper than many sellers were charging before the recent USPS rate increases! Also, please be aware of the following additional benefits of buying from me:

1. I use strong cardboard mailers specifically made for mailing records, usually from Bags Unlimited.
2. Thick cardboard inserts and/or bubblewrap are included in the package for further protection.
3. Covers are placed in brand new plastic sleeves for protection. Records are generally placed outside the cover to avoid seam splits (except for box sets).
4. If an inner sleeve is missing or badly damaged, I will replace it with a brand new one!
5. I generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment!

International Buyer Info:
SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS OF MAY 2007! This is not my choice, as it is a change made by the US Postal Service. Records will be sent by First Class International, which was formerly called Airmail. Packages over 4 pounds in weight (usually 6 or more records) may cost significantly more under the new rates because they will have to be sent Global Priority Mail! If you buy multiple records from me, please do not try to guess how much shipping will cost. I will invoice you with the correct shipping cost. If you do not have Paypal, please contact me about other possible payment methods.

US Shipping Info:
Media mail can be a great deal, especially when buying multiple records. However, it's cheaper for a reason - it's generally slow! The Post Office claims most media mail arrives within 7 to 10 days, but I often see it take 2 to 3 weeks, especially when going from coast to coast. So, if you choose media mail, please don't send me an e-mail 7 days after buying the item wondering where it is! If you prefer the security of delivery confirmation, please add 75 cents to your shipping total and be sure to specifically tell me in a note that you've requested delivery confirmation. Insurance is extra and will be based on exact cost to me contact me for rates.
