I was born and raised on the island of O'ahu, lived in Aiea and graduated from University High. I miss my home daily especially in the winter (LOL) and hold the islands deep within my heart. Now living in Seattle, I stay close to my Culture and Traditions by dancing in a Traditional Halau Hula. I enjoy the serious focus of learning about and perpetuating ancient Hawaiian Cultural traditions.
My now eleven year old son is still into airplanes, legos and ice skating. This past weekend we both went to CKC Seattle where he made some cool make and takes, and we took a couple of classes together.

Of course it is only natural that I hold a special place in my heart for Hawai'i and Hawai'ian designs. But I also love playing with general themes as well. I love Altered Art and I love collecting memories in my scrapbooks. Over the years I have combined the two loves to create my own style of Altered Albums.

I used to love the little books that came in the Cracker Jack boxes back when they had real toys in them, and I think that is why I love making little mini albums and tags that fit into each of my albums.
My DH used to say that I was born too late since I love vintage things. Old cars, travel trunks, photos, etc. You will see this reflected in my work as well.
I love creating and I love meeting people through my eBay business. I am very grateful that my albums have been well received and want to thank my wonderful customers who I call my Scrapbook 'Ohana for their support of my art!
