Scrappy is the barn name of my 2-time National Champion Appaloosa, so that is the basic origin of my eBay ID :)

I have been on eBay since nearly the beginning (when was that?) and am working on hitting the 10 year mark in the next few months. You can rest assured that your bid with me is safe and secure as I am very concerend with the satisfaction of all of my buyers.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE:

The shipping costs vary per item.   Parcel post shipping is usually available, ask me if you would rather have that (I know how it is to need to save a buck!)   Each item will be carefully packaged and shipped via the United States Post Office or other pre-approved method.  

 Insurance is now REQUIRED on all purchases!  Below is the USPS insurance chart based upon the final sale value.

Once your new item leaves my hands at the post office or other approved carrier...I am NOT responsible.  If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you are responsible for filing a claim if the item was insured and contact must be made with me within 24 hours of receipt! 

I will gladly combine shipping on multiple auctions to save you money. I am all for saving money!

I will ship to Canada and other Countries.  Please contact me with your address after the auction ends for international rates and note the box below for International Buyers.  

I ship nearly every day of the week.  I'm a busy girl.  Your purchase here helps to support my model habit...I usually purchase three times as much as I sell!  I am easy to get along with, but please...don't be pushy.

PAYMENT:

PayPal is preferred for payment, credit cards through them OK, bank checks, as well as money orders are also accepted.   International Buyers-PayPal only!  Please use ebay's checkout to get all the address and payment info you will need :)  NO Personal Checks!

Ask any questions before bidding and I will be happy to answer them. 

If you are bidding on a model horse, it is most likely from my personal collection and/or showstring and will NOT come with an original box (unless stated). I collect model horses, not boxes, if this is a problem, please step away from the bid button.

Items are from a non-smoking home, but I do have dogs and horses and most items WILL contain trace amounts of hair from one or more of those animals.

 Check my Feedback for positive transactions. Appropriate feedback for the Buyer will be left as soon as I know you have received the item and are pleased with it.  Thanks for looking.   

RETURN POLICY:

I will only accept returns if I have grossly misidentified the item.  I try very hard to accurately describe items, but sometimes, even as perfect as I am :), I miss something that you may find very important, please rest assured that I will do everything in my power to satisfy you as my buyer, please bid with confidence that you will receive what I have described.  However, buyers remorse is NOT an acceptable excuse for returning an item.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

I truly appreciate my International Buyers, but Customs forms are making me double my migraine meds :(  There is a $1.00 US handling fee on all International sales.  I'm sorry but all the extra forms, labels, stickers, and post office hassles are driving me insane!

PLEASE ask questions before bidding, keep in mind that I may need to pack something up to figure your shipping rate, and it may vary at auctions end when item is fully wrapped and boxed up from initial quote.
