Welcome to my world. My husband, myself and our little dog live in the beautiful state of Kentucky. We moved here from San Diego a little over 5 years ago now. It's often referred to as "God's country" and I can see why. It is beautiful with its rolling hills of green most of the year. The people are friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The love in my life is found in my belief of Jesus, my husband, the friends I make and our little dog we affectionately call "Miss Pepper".
FAQ -- Do you combine shipping? Answer: Yes I am happy to combine shipping for my buyers. Simply email me when you have finished shopping and I will combine shipping charges and send you an ebay invoice before you make your payment.
FAQ -- What is included in the shipping and handling charges? Answer -- Many of my items require a cardboard insert to make the package sturdy and keep it from bending in shipment. My shipping and handling charges may include the materials needed for packing an order, envelopes, tape or the initial paypal fee that is charged for paying with paypal along with the actual shipping fees. I try and keep my charges low and sometimes they don't even recoup all of my overhead fees.
FAQ -- How often do you ship your orders? Answer: I make a post office run two times a week. Usually on Monday and Friday.
FAQ -- How often do you answer your emails? Answer -- I answer my emails daily. Then when an order is placed and paid for, I email my buyer to let them know that their payment was received and the date I plan to ship the order. I also email the buyer again the day I actually ship their order. I also include the ship date in the feedback section along with your positive feedback. If a buyer doesn't get an email from me it is because it has gone astray or into their spam file. I am very very faithful with my email process.
FAQ -- If I purchase your paper piecing pattern packets, can I make the items to resell on ebay or elsewhere? YES!!!!!!!!!!!! No problem. Enjoy!!!!
