Welcome to our Store
Thanks for looking at our auctions and considering buying from us. We operate a full service dive store in Northern California.

Our select manufacturers offer us great bargins from time to time. The quantities we obtain are greater than we would normally buy for our market. Scuba4Sale offers those bargins to you on Ebay.

RETURN POLICY All products are brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. All products are shipped UPS ground or USPS in the Continental U.S., and will be received APPROXIMATELY 2-8 working days (excluding weekends) from the date of order. Due to unforseen problems with UPS and the USPS are no guarantees on overnight, 2nd day air or 3-day shipping, or ground shipping. Therefore there are no refunds on any shipping charges. Orders shipped outside the Continental US, will incur additional shipping charges.

Returns of non-defective (unused) merchandise is permitted within 15 days of buyers receipt of merchandise. Used merchandise is covered by manufacturer warranty. You must contact us with a return request to receive an RGA number prior to returning goods. The RGA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the item authorized for return. RGA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the RGA number.

Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in resellable condition. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. If you are returning a non-defective product that isn't in resellable condition (example: if box is damaged, missing warranty cards, missing manuals and accessories) when we receive it, you will be charged a 45% restocking fee. Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

All returns must be sent via USPS, UPS, Federal Express, or by any other courier that offers a tracking number. If products are returned or refused they will be subject to a 10 % restocking fee and shipping charges. Also products must be returned in their original box to be able to resell.

We suggest you insure your returns. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment.

Products are inspected before shipping to assure all items are shipped. All products must be inspected when received by carrier and any shortages, or damaged merchandise must be reported to them at the time of delivery. If not reported to carrier no claim can be made.

If you order from California we will charge you sales tax if you have not added the tax on your order.
