If you have a question about an item, PLEASE read the entire listing before writing us. We do our very best to list any and all pertinent information about an item in the listing. If we use a TLA (Three Letter Acronym), it will almost always be followed with the TLA's written form the first time we use it. So please don't ask us what TLA means. There are no stupid questions... Just redundant ones.
