SELLING: To be a sucessful seller on Ebay, you should first be experienced buyer. I have done and still do alot of buying on Ebay. I have received good treatment from some sellers and bad from others. I use this as a measuring stick for how buyers see my conduct. I try to be accurate in my descriptions, carerful in packaging items, I clearly label and shipments are typically shipped early or late week although special requests for quick shipment are considered. I never charge a handling or packaging fee and there are never hidden costs. Delayed payments may delay shipment of the item for a few days after the payment is received. I always maintain good communication even on the smallest transactions. I ALWAYS leave feedback when feedback has been left for me. Alot of people in business believe that the most important thing is turning a profit. For me, customer satisfaction is prioity one, even if I lose money doing it. Please bid on my auctions with confidence and I will do everthing I can to make sure that it will be an enjoyable experience for you.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: I "strongly" recommend winning bidders to purchase insurance because without it, my obligation for the item ends when the item leaves my door. I prefer to stand behind the items I sell and shipments without insurance do not allow me to do that.
BUYING: I believe that a seller should be treated the same way I prefer to be treated when I am selling. My payments are always prompt, most of the time in less than 24 hours and never more than a few days in the most extreme circumstances. Every time I pay by check or money order, I inform the seller on the day it was mailed and provide the draft number. I like to be kept informed of when my item ships but, that rarely ever happens.
EXPERIENCE: I have more than 20 years experience in sales and customer relations at my present job. I also have more than 20 years experience at packaging and shipping. I learned years ago to make a 110% effort at everything I do. Thanks for viewing my "about me" file.
