Auction Terms
Our normal business hours are from M-F, 8AM-5PM EST. Auction questions submitted outside of normal business hours will be answered the next business day.

By placing a bid on the auction, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions listed below.
Policies for Auctions:
- All computer systems that have hard drives are wiped. There is no software, operating system or data included on any drives unless specifically indicated.
- There are no cables, cords, manuals, accessories, software or anything else included in this auction unless specifically described in the body of the ad.
- The items listed are described as accurately as possible. Unless otherwise described, pictures are of the actual item being sold. If a discrepancy is discovered in the listing data, please contact us before bidding. Most of our items we sell are used, so the items exhibit normal wear conditions such as small scuffs, scratches, etc.
Ask any questions before you bid, and we will try our best to answer as accurately as possible.
Returns: Notify us promptly if the item is received in a condition different that was described in the listing. Return shipping will usually be the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. For example, if we send you a printer with the toner cartridge removed and packaged separately, then you must return it to us packed the same way or your warranty is voided.
Damage: If damage occurs during shipping, all packaging material and original box the unit was shipped in must be saved for the courier to pick up, along with the damaged item.
Payment:
- Paypal payment is accepted for all buyers within the United States that have confirmed shipping addresses but we also accept money orders and personal checks (allow at least 7 days to clear).
- 7% sales tax must be collected for any purchases in Florida unless you provide us a tax certificate. All other locations in the continental US are tax exempt.

Shipping:
- Your item should be sent out from our facility within 48 hours.
- For international shipments, we are not able to guarantee the 4-10 delivery time stated by USPS due to buyer location and customs.
- Buyers may pick up merchandise at our warehouse located at 142 Park Road, Oviedo, FL 32765. 7% sales tax must be assessed unless we have your tax certificate on file.
- Please understand that it is possible that we will be unable to find an acceptable shipping method or the rates may be very expensive for international shipments, so please ask for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
- If you purchase more than 1 item from us, we will gladly do our best to combine shipping charges on items.
- We use a state of the art Speedy Packer foam packing machine on more valuable and fragile items to insure that your purchase is received safe and secure! Even on items that aren't foam packed, we will do our best to insure that your item is safely packaged.
