We are offering 50-plus years of collectible addiction. We have put off downsizing, even with my husband's complex medical condition, but the time has come and downsize we must. Our goal is to close our eBay store by June 2010, if not sooner.
Our policy:
1. Review Before Bidding. Please thoroughly read the description before bidding so you know exactly what is offered and in what condition. If you purchased and believe item is inaccurately described, contact me immediately to resolve issue.
2. Damaged Item (in transit). Where shipping insurance was purchased, contact me immediately for needed insurance documentation. Make sure to keep damaged item, box in which received, its label, and all other shipping material contents (this is a must). Insurance papers will be immediately sent to you to file your claim with USPS.
3. USPS Shipping. Most items are sent Priority Mail to ensure that delivery is made as safely and quickly as possible. Some larger items are sent Parcel Post. USPS has always offered us the most satisfactory service.
4. Combined Billing. When items can be properly packaged for safe delivery this feature is offered. However, contact me to make sure it can be done with your purchases.
5. Feedback. We only leave feedback after the customer does so for us. The reason? To make sure the transaction is complete, and you, the customer, is satisified. We never leave negative feedback on any transaction as sometimes being "quiet" is a better thing.
